• No subscriptions or price plans are offered, and no payment details are collected
• Any future commercial terms will be presented and agreed before they apply

5. Limitation of Liability

Seavo Nautiq is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Operational decisions made using the platform
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if the platform is misused or abused.
